MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR ON FUTURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND CAREER GROWTH
A seminar on future employment opportunities and career development was organized by the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Tantia University. The event featured motivational speaker and lecturer Dr. Harish Kataria, who delivered an insightful address on career advancement. Dr. Kataria emphasized the importance of preparation and effective management in securing employment. He encouraged attendees to maintain focus on their goals, even in the face of setbacks, and to persist in their efforts. By adhering to these principles, he noted, finding employment in any field becomes significantly more achievable. Dr. Kataria further highlighted the vast potential within the commerce sector, particularly in industry-related fields. As management students, he explained, acquiring strong management skills is key to accessing quality employment opportunities.
