INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION
International Women's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Tantia University. The Women Empowerment Cell, in collaboration with the Women and Child Development Department of the Government of Rajasthan, organized a grand event to honor women and recognize their significant contributions in various fields. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries such as Smt. Reena Chhimpa, Additional District Collector of Sri Ganganagar, along with special guests Mrs. Sumitra Bishnoi, Deputy Director of the Women and Child Development Department, and Smt. Neetu Sain, Deputy Commissioner of SGST Sri Ganganagar. The guests of honor included Dr. Prof. M.M. Saxena, President of Tantia University, Dr. Rajender Godara, COE of Tantia University, Ar. Amisha Tantia, Smt. Komal Aggarwal, and Ms. Sneha. During the event, Mrs. Chhimpa and Smt. Sunita Tantia encouraged young women to focus on building their careers, stressing the importance of intelligence and perseverance. Prof. M.M. Saxena acknowledged the invaluable role of women in daily life and called for greater respect and recognition of their contributions. Mrs. Sumitra Bishnoi urged students to set clear career goals, emphasizing the role of technology in enhancing educational opportunities. Ar. Amisha Tantia spoke about the growing influence of women in all aspects of society today. A special highlight of the event was the book release by Dr. Rekha Soni, and the program also featured prize distributions for participants who showcased their talents through various performances, including skits. The event was skillfully moderated by Dr. P.C. Acharya and Sangeeta Aggarwal, and concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving the audience inspired and motivated to contribute toward women's empowerment and equality.
